How do I replace the cutter in epson 9900

We have the ICC profiles correct, the heads and nozzles are clean. We hit print on the appropriate pdf file that we have used in the past. No modifications or changes to the file have occurred. The issue is it prints out slightly blurry and has speckles of black ink all over. Any suggestions?

I am using Poly Select Light in our Epson Stylus Pro 9900. What is the best Epson paper selection to use with Poly Select Light?

Is there a way to install Poly Select Light and make it a paper selection in the printer setup window?

We currently have a Xylor 2500 but need to find a replacement. Can anyone recommend something? I don't need thermal, just cold, with double-sided lamination on at least 45" wide. We have high production for laminating signage and posters for our events and activities.

I have a canon ta-30 printer that we have been using with no issues. loaded the roll of LexJet Simple Adhesive Vinyl SUV - Gloss to start a new print and the ink does not seem to "stick" to the material. i was also unable to find anything in the ta-30's list to match settings wise for this type of materiel. I'm new to the large format printer scene and am looking for any assistance in the matter.

I upgraded my operating system to mojave and my canon 8400 print plug in is not showing up under file – export, as before. Can you please help me find it or re-install it? Thank you!
